Abby is a Pilates teacher with an adventurous spirit and has a big appetite for different activities such as yoga, weight training, running, pole dancing etc. She felt a big difference when she first started practising Pilates. Her practice has helped her to perform better in the different array of sports and also reducing her chances of getting injured.
“Good things come to those who wait, if you want to be fit or healthy you have to give yourself time to achieve it.”
This is Abby’s mantra in life. She believes that having a good foundation is the key in everything a person does! Strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength, coupled with good body awareness and alignment helps to improve general fitness while mobility helps to work on your movement range and overall well-being.
She is motivated and determined to help those who are willing to put in the effort and commitment to be fit and healthy.
