Rachel is an out-going sports lover who enjoys jogging, swimming, rock climbing and hiking.

She has always believed that sports can not only bring about a healthy body, but also generate positive and positive thoughts.


After completing a half-month hiking tour of the Camino pilgrimage in Spain in late autumn of 2018, the people and things encountered on the way also made her even more convinced that “passion can create any possibility.”


When she first came into contact with Pilates, she found many unconscious problems in her body, such as muscle stiffness and joint inflexibility, and has seen improvements through her practice. She believes that evidence based training will bring a healthy body more safely and effectively, and help one to engage in a pleasant life and more sports. She hopes that through learning and teaching Pilates, more people will have a healthy body and mind, and be able to enjoy what their world has to offer.
