Your Responsibilities

  1. You should consult a physician or a trained professional before beginning any exercise program, including a program involving the use of Power Plate® products.

  2. If you have any known medical condition, or any physical limitation on your ability to exercise, we strongly recommend that you seek the advice of a physician or trained professional before using Power Plate® products.

  3. If, while using any Power Plate® products, you feel dizzy, faint, short of breath, or any pain, stop using the product immediately, and consult a physician.

Warranty

What is covered by this warranty?

Power Plate® products (PowerPlate® Pulse, PowerPlate® Mini Roller, Power Plate® Mini+™, PowerPlate® Dualsphere) are subject to a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of ONE (1) YEAR after the date of original retail purchase by the end-user purchaser given that:

  1. The product is used for the purpose intended. 

  2. The product is used under normal conditions.

  3. The product is purchased via the following channels

  • BodyTree Group Website

  • Pilates BodyTree

What is not covered by this warranty?

This warranty does not apply if the product is defective as a result of:

  1. Improper use, storage, or handling

  2. Failure to maintain the Product with reasonable care

  3. Abnormal conditions, including, without limitation, abuse, accident, neglect, or catastrophe

  4. Operating the product outside of the user manual, technical specifications, or other Power Plate® product published guidelines

  5. Damage caused by service performed by anyone who is not a representative of Power Plate®.

  6. Modification to alter functionality or capability

  7. Damage caused by normal wear and tear or otherwise due to the normal aging of the Power Plate® product

  8. If any serial number has been removed or defaced from the product

Exchanges 

Exchange requests can be made only if they satisfy the conditions listed under our warranty terms. In order to make an exchange request, please email us at billing@bodytreegroup.com with the following information:

  1. Your order details including, but not limited to:

    • Invoice number

    • Place of purchase (E.g., in store or online)

    • Receipt or E-receipt

  2. Your reason for an exchange including, but not limited to:

    • Photographic or video evidence

    • Short explanation of defect


We will get back to you within 14 working days.

Please check your purchase(s) carefully upon receiving the item(s).

All items must be returned in its original condition and in the original packaging.

Our standard procedure for exchange is as follows:

  1. You will be contacted with a confirmation email regarding your product exchange.

  2. We will then kindly request you to bring the product to the address that is provided from the confirmation email.
